Dietary Aide – Full Time (Day Shift) The Woods, A Nightingale Community – Monticello, AR We are seeking a Full-Time Day Shift Dietary Aide to join our team at The Woods, a compassionate and supportive community in Monticello, Arkansas. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional meal service and support. What You’ll Do Assist with meal prep, plating, and serving for breakfast and lunch Deliver meals to residents with accuracy, kindness, and attention to dietary needs Keep the dining room and service areas clean, organized, and welcoming Wash dishes, restock supplies, and support the cook as needed Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control guidelines What Makes You a Great Fit Friendly, dependable, and eager to help Comfortable working in a team environment Able to handle a fast pace and multitasking Previous dietary or food-service experience is helpful but not required As a Dietary Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
