About the Role

The Company is seeking multiple Investment Banking Managing Directors to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for originating new M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of clients, including business owners, executives, private equity investors, and strategic acquirers. The role also involves leading transaction execution, serving as a trusted advisor on strategic and financial matters, and expanding the firm's presence within designated industry verticals. Additionally, the Managing Directors will be expected to mentor and develop junior investment banking professionals and collaborate with internal sector teams to deliver top-tier client solutions. Ideal candidates for the Managing Director position at the company will have a current role as a Managing Director, Director, or Senior Vice President with a strong origination track record, and at least 10 years' of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance. Established relationships within the business services, technology, healthcare, industrials, consumer, or aerospace and defense sectors are essential. The role requires a proven ability to source, market, and close middle-market transactions, as well as experience in advising a range of clients, including those that are founder-owned, private equity-backed, and corporate. Strong leadership, business development, and client management skills are also a must for this position.
