About the Job BLISS Car Wash Customer Service Associate (Full & Part Time) - $500 Sign-On Bonus. Pay: $16.90 - $19.00/hour + possible commission. Why BLISS? Opportunities for growth and advancement. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Greet every guest with a friendly, positive attitude. Talk with guests and sign them up for Monthly Unlimited Memberships. Help guests choose the best wash options and upgrades. Process payments quickly and accurately. Safely load vehicles onto the conveyor. Prep vehicles according to company standards. Inspect & wipe down vehicles to ensure BLISS-level quality. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site. Support team members to keep operations running smoothly. Complete scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways, etc.). WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Positive, reliable, and team-oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to follow directions and safety procedures. Willingness to learn and grow. No experience required - we provide training. Car wash, retail, or customer service experience is a plus. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Indoor and outdoor work. Exposure to changing weather conditions. Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure. Fast-paced, high-volume setting. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods. Lift up to 50 lbs. Work in varying weather conditions. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Flexible hours based on business needs. Reports to Site Manager.
