What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers, supporting their growth and ensuring high performance. Drive the delivery of technical solutions that are reliable, secure, and aligned with business goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations to prioritize and execute on projects. Foster a strong team culture centered on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement. Help shape engineering strategy, including architecture decisions, devops practices, and QA processes. What You Bring 3+ years of experience managing software engineers in a professional setting. Prior hands-on development experience (Python) —you can hold your own in technical conversations. A strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out for long-term planning while managing day-to-day execution. Experience working in cloud-native environments with a solid understanding of modern software practices. Strong communication skills—comfortable presenting ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
