Position Summary • Responsible for greeting, escorting and transporting patients and visitors. Education • High School diploma or equivalent Licenses and Certification • N/A Experience and Skills • Technical Experience: N/A Role Specific Responsibilities • Greets, escorts and transports patients and visitors. • Collaborates with auxiliary staff. • Lead: Assigns greeters/transporters to designated areas. • Lead: Addresses customer complaints. • OR Transporter: Assists staff in turning over rooms • OR Transporter: Assist in cleaning surgery rooms • OR Transporter: Assists in pulling instruments for cases.
