Retail Sales AssociateMcCall, ID 83638## OverviewPosition TypeWinter SeasonalCategoryRetail & Rental## Description**Job Summary:***Brundage Mountain Resort is seeking outgoing, self-motivated individuals who enjoy connecting with people and creating memorable guest experiences. This position can work in two locations: downtown McCall retail location, on the on-mountain retail shop in the Mountain Adventure Center. Cross- training will include learning guest services and rental department tasks.***Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Welcome guests with a friendly, approachable attitude and offer assistance* Provide enthusiastic and professional customer service in person and over the phone* Advise customers by sharing detailed information about retail merchandise and resort offerings* Answer questions thoroughly, build rapport, and guide guests confidently through the sales process* Promote products that align with each customer’s needs and interests* Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space* Stock shelves, counters, and displays with merchandise* Accurately process sales transactions using point-of-sale systems* Handle cash responsibly, including end-of-day reconciliation## Qualifications**Job Qualifications:*** Outgoing, friendly personality with a natural ability to engage with guests* Strong listening and communication skills* Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment* Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred* Previous customer service, retail, or cash-handling experience a plus* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays* Ability to lift 30 lbs or more
