Summary:

CED Great Falls is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position is responsible for coordinating customer projects from order entry through delivery, communicating with customers and vendors, and supporting our sales team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, communicates effectively, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in the electrical distribution or construction industry is a plus but is not required.

Reports to: PC Manager Jarred Simons

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with PDF editors, AI, Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

• Ability to occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the electrical distribution industry, electrical products, or construction materials.

• Previous experience in project coordination, customer service, inside sales, administrative support, or a related role.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Experience with ERP, order management, or inventory management software.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team-first mindset.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain project shipping schedules and provide customers with regular updates on order status and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate deliveries between vendors, our warehouse, and customer job sites.

• Work closely with the Outside Sales team to support projects and strengthen customer relationships.

• Accurately process customer orders and bill materials as they are shipped.

• Monitor open orders and proactively communicate delays or changes.

• Collaborate with manufacturers, vendors, and customers to resolve product, shipping, and project issues.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and customer records.

• Assist customers with product availability, order status, and delivery scheduling.

• Support daily office operations and administrative functions as needed.

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $36000 to $100000 annually.
