Requirements

Dentrix
Eaglesoft
Licensed dental hygienist
Open Dental

Certification: Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Life Support: Active Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
Experience: While we welcome all skill levels, 10+ years of experience is highly recommended for this specific role.
Technical Skills: Strong manual dexterity and the ability to operate modern dental software and machinery.
Interpersonal Skills: Proven capacity to communicate effectively with patients and work cohesively within a professional healthcare team.

Job Description

Clinical Excellence: Provide high-quality dental hygiene care while maintaining strict standards of infection control and patient privacy.
Operational Efficiency: Manage resources and clinical tools effectively to optimize daily practice operations.
Communication: Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to educate patients and maintain a comfortable clinical environment.
Administrative Integrity: Maintain high levels of confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with appropriate care.
Team Collaboration: Work independently to complete hygiene protocols while remaining adaptable to changing priorities and supporting overall team objectives.

Benefits

Jobley Bonus: $180 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

Weekly Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
