Under the supervision of an attending physician, you will be responsible for providing a variety of medical services. The ideal candidate is a well-balanced diagnostician who will counsel, educate and motivate patients and their families to take responsibility for their physical, mental health, and well-being.This position will function as a provider of ENT care within the practice, currently in three locations (Albany, NY, Clifton Park, NY, and Saratoga Springs, NY). This position is fully office based and does not offer surgical/OR time.RequirementsCurrent unencumbered licensure and proper credentialing as a Physician Assistant in the State of New YorkMust be board certified from the National Commission of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) at the time of hire and maintain certification throughout employmentThe Physician Assistant must be registered with the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for scheduled II-V Controlled SubstancesGraduate of a Physician Assistant Program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, Inc.Otolaryngology experience is preferred but not required, on the job training will be providedCompensationThe annual compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $160,000.
