Vice President for Finance and Administration

The client seeks a strategic, innovative, and collaborative Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA) to serve as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and a key member of the senior leadership team. Reporting to the president, the VPFA will partner with the Board of Trustees, senior administrators, and campus stakeholders to align financial and administrative strategies with the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities. The VPFA will provide overall leadership, strategy, and oversight of financial operations and key administrative functions, including business affairs, human resources, facilities, public safety, and auxiliary enterprises, as well as related operations. This role will ensure these functions are effectively coordinated to support institutional goals and operations. The client seeks an accomplished, mission-driven leader with a demonstrated record of success in financial and administrative leadership within a complex organization. The VPFA should have at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in finance and administration and the ability to align financial planning with institutional priorities; experience in higher education or a mission-driven nonprofit organization is preferred.
