Accentuate Staffing is assisting a sheet metal fabricator in Raleigh, NC who is looking for a TIG Welder to join their team. This is a contract-hire opportunity working 7am-3:45pm Monday-Friday. Responsibilities: Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other sheet metal components. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. Grind, polish, and finish welded parts as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures. Work closely with the fabrication team to meet production schedules and quality expectations. Requirements: Previous TIG welding experience, preferably in a sheet metal fabrication environment. Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds. Ability to use measuring tools and perform accurate layout work. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Welding certification is a plus but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Accentuate Staffing
