Responsibilities Serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth with each guest interaction. Execute duties in your assigned area (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.). Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches accurately and efficiently. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying mobile. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Adapt to changing priorities and provide a positive attitude. Qualifications Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods. Clear communication and quick comprehension in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating comfort and joy for guests. Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Completion of basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law). Enjoy working with food. Food‑service experience preferred but not required.
