Job Details Location: Morrow, Chamblee or Athens, Georgia. Schedule: 5 day work week. Position: Full time with full company benefits. About the Role We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly self‑motivated Outbound Call Center Agent to join our dealership customer care team. In this role, you’ll be making effective outbound calls in large numbers to potential sales customers to schedule appointments, answer questions, and ensure every caller receives an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to sales leads and successfully create appointments. Follow up with past customers and internet inquiries. Update customer information in our CRM system. Meet daily/weekly call and appointment goals. Provide exceptional service that reflects the dealership’s values. Confirm appointments and follow up on missed appointments. Qualifications and Requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong phone etiquette and a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
