Capture decisions, action items, responsible parties, dependencies, risks, and suspense dates arising from meetings, demonstrations, test events, customer engagements, and fielding activities, and drive them to timely closure. Establish quality-control processes to ensure deliverables are accurate, internally consistent, technically actionable, responsive to Government direction, and submitted within required timelines. Support readiness assessments and transition planning for capabilities deployed across NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and other Government-directed environments. Maintain visibility into personnel access, onboarding, travel, staffing, and technical-readiness issues that could affect performance, and coordinate resolution with Government and Contractor stakeholders.
