El Programa Hispano Católico (EPHC) is seeking a Family Housing Navigator to assist families experiencing homelessness with housing assessments, referrals, and documentation. The role involves outreach in the community, coordinating with Multnomah County partners, and navigating housing resources to rapidly transition families into housing.
