Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a professional, organized, and people-focused Customer Service Manager to help lead our Customer Excellence team and ensure every policyholder receives a high level of care, communication, and support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, building relationships, and creating a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Our agency operates three State Farm offices serving the Memphis area and has consistently been recognized for strong performance, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Customer Excellence/Service team across multiple office locations
• Help ensure policyholders receive timely, professional, and caring service
• Monitor customer follow-up, onboarding, retention, and service workflows
• Coach and develop team members on communication, professionalism, and service standards
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalated service situations
• Work closely with agency leadership to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Maintain accountability around service expectations, responsiveness, and daily workflow management
• Support customer retention initiatives and relationship-building efforts

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Background in customer service, office management, banking, hospitality, insurance, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable coaching and supporting team members
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
