Overview Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a dedicated veterinarian with a passion for emergency medicine to join our ER Immerse Training Program at the Arizona Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center (AVECCC) in Peoria, AZ. Program Highlights 1 available position for 2026 new graduates or any DVM. Sign‑on bonus of $75,000. No non‑compete, no negative accrual. Student loan repayment assistance. Consistent rotating schedule. Training and Responsibilities Full immersion in an ER setting with mentorship from emergency doctors, nursing staff, and specialists. Didactic training in basic and advanced emergency topics. Hands‑on surgical training, cadaver labs, radiology rounds, and other clinical experiences. Participation in simulation‑based didactic components and clinical practice with live patients. Development of client and team communication skills and professional skills. Addressing a diverse caseload and engaging in continuous learning. Location & Benefits Location: 7823 W. Golden Lane, Peoria, AZ 85345. 16,000‑sq‑ft, state‑of‑the‑art emergency hospital.
