Salary Range: $48,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Rockford that are seeking skilled Inside Sales Representatives. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads from various marketing channels.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify new sales opportunities within target markets.
  • Present product demonstrations and articulate value propositions to potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales.
  • Collaborate with external sales teams to support complex sales cycles.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience selling technical or engineered products.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and articulate complex product features and benefits.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or selling to manufacturing clients.
  • Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale).
