Hybrid Employee Benefits Service Specialist

EmergencyMD

EmergencyMD is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage inside service work for employee benefits programs in a hybrid Schaumburg, IL environment. You will coordinate with Account Managers and carriers, resolve coverage questions, and support enrollment activities. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong customer service, and the ability to learn benefits systems quickly. A Life/Health license must be obtained within 3 months of hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr EmergencyMD
