What You'll Be Doing

In this remote position, you'll work directly with members who are seeking information about available programs and services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with members by phone and through virtual meetings
• Coordinating and scheduling member appointments
• Providing online presentations to individuals who have requested additional information
• Explaining program details in a clear and professional manner
• Completing, reviewing, and processing digital documentation
• Maintaining accurate records and following established procedures
• Providing follow-up assistance throughout the member experience
• Taking part in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development

• Basic computer and technology skills
• Customer service or other client-facing experience is an asset, but not required
• Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and develop professionally
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
