Technical Business Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Business Analyst will serve as the vital link between clinical/operational stakeholders and the technical development team, focusing on translating healthcare and business needs into detailed technical requirements, particularly in data management and reporting solutions. Key responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements to support data integration and reporting initiatives Collaborate with data engineering teams to define, test, and validate ETL processes for data extraction and transformation Develop and maintain documentation, including data flow diagrams and operational procedures, to ensure transparency of data processes Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Business, Information Systems, or a related technical field 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare or defense environment, with a strong emphasis on data analysis Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis Experience with ETL frameworks and data warehousing concepts Knowledge of healthcare operations and data privacy laws, with familiarity in the Military Health System or DHA operations preferred
