Primary duties include responding to obstetric deliveries and emergency gynecologic cases requiring immediate intervention during assigned call periods. The position manages approximately 375 cases annually, reflecting a moderate patient volume for the region. Clinicians are required to maintain continuous availability for emergency situations throughout assigned shifts. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required for this assignment. Documentation must be completed using established clinical protocols to maintain accurate and current medical records.
