Job Description
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
- Patient population: Adults & Geriatrics
- Unit size: 24 rooms/beds; average daily census ~19

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years clinical RN experience
- License required: Georgia license or Compact license
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- EMR systems: Epic, Pyxis
- Unit-specific skills: Ventilator care, central line care, CRRT/CVVHD experience, dysrhythmia recognition/management, acute stroke management, post-op/post-neurosurgery care

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge planning
- Document patient assessments and care in electronic medical records

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Max 7 days of Requester Time Off (RTO) per contract; all RTO must be finalized at submission
- Orientation duration: 12 hours (NBO hours determined by contract)
- Compliance documents deadline: all due by Tuesday prior to start
