Job Description: FTSA-FT Sales Advocate
Location: Omaha, NE, 68127
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Cellular Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to customers with their cellular service needs. This includes helping customers choose the right plan, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving billing inquiries. Responsibilities:
Assist customers with their cellular service needs
Help customers choose the right plan
Troubleshoot technical issues
Resolve billing inquiries
Provide excellent customer service
Meet sales targets and goals
Maintain knowledge of current cellular service plans and products
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in cellular services or related field
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Basic computer skills
