Job Title Centro AM Server Reports to Centro General Manager FLSA Status Non-Exempt Summary Takes customer food and non/alcoholic beverage orders and completes currency transactions while performing the following duties below. Other duties may be assigned. Duties and Responsibilities Greets guests with a pleasant smile and provides superior customer service. Sets tables according to type of event and service standards. Takes orders and answers questions/offer suggestions on menu selections. Records transaction in point‑of‑sale system at time of order. Checks in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage. Presents accurate check to guest(s) and processes payment. Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day. Cleans and sets up tables/rooms. Completes all open/closing duties before clocking out.
