Member Experience & Engagement Specialist

Alleghany Family YMCA is seeking a part-time Member Experience Representative in Sparta, NC. The role focuses on increasing membership engagement, growth and retention, delivering excellent service to members and guests, and assisting with orientation and onboarding for new members. You will greet and assist members, conduct tours, process ID cards, and handle inquiries while maintaining YMCA values. Evening and weekend availability is preferred, with CPR/First Aid/AED certification required or #J-18808-Ljbffr YMCA of NorthWest North Carolina
