Security Site Supervisor Location: Houston, TX Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Position Type: Full-Time Position Overview Securitas is seeking a professional and motivated Security Site Supervisor to lead daily security operations at a client site in Houston. This position is responsible for supervising Security Officers, ensuring site compliance with security procedures, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting a safe and secure environment. The ideal candidate will be a dependable leader with previous supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision Provide leadership and direction to assigned Security Officers. Monitor officer performance and ensure compliance with site policies and procedures. Assist with training, coaching, and development of security personnel. Conduct routine post inspections and address operational concerns. Assist with staffing coordination and schedule coverage when needed. Security Operations Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and client property. Monitor security operations and ensure post orders are followed. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security-related concerns. Conduct investigations and prepare detailed incident reports when necessary. Perform routine patrols and security checks as required. Client Relations Serve as a primary point of contact for client representatives. Communicate site activity, operational concerns, and security recommendations effectively. Maintain a professional relationship with client management and site personnel. Ensure customer service expectations are consistently met. Administrative Duties Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation. Maintain accurate records and required security documentation. Assist management with operational reporting and communication. Minimum Qualifications Required Must be 21 years of age or older. Must possess a valid Driver's License. Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience. High School Diploma or GED. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively. Ability to pass all required background and licensing requirements. Preferred Previous security supervisory experience. Experience with access control, patrol operations, and incident reporting. Experience working in a customer-service-focused environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and report-writing systems. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies. Attention to detail and situational awareness. Ability to build positive relationships with clients and employees. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to patrol indoor and outdoor areas.
