Monday - Friday 40+ Hours

Salary: $55K +

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our small but busy warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands‑on, improving processes, and keeping a tight ship. You’ll manage inventory, coordinate shipping/receiving, maintain safety standards, and ensure the warehouse runs efficiently every day.

Key Responsibilities

Daily operations — Oversee picking, packing, receiving, and shipping workflows.
Inventory management — Maintain accurate stock counts, conduct cycle counts, and reduce shrink.
Team leadership — Train, coach, and schedule a small warehouse staff.
Process improvement — Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
Safety compliance — Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Vendor & carrier coordination — Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
Equipment oversight — Ensure forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment are maintained and safe.

Required Skills & Experience

Warehouse experience in a small or mid‑sized facility
Strong understanding of inventory systems (ERP/WMS)
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet
Proven leadership or supervisory experience
Solid communication and problem‑solving skills
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Familiarity with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, Freight)

Nice-to-Have

Experience with lean operations
Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment
