Job Title: Business Analyst-III
Job Location - Remote, NY
Duration - 07 months

This role supports the gift card business at the client, with responsibilities including:

Tracking and reconciling invoices related to gift card marketing activity.
Setting up new tests and campaigns to validate business concepts before they are built and launched.
Analyzing support inquiries related to gift cards and identifying/solving top problem drivers leading to customer complaints for the business.

The position requires working cross-functionally across the New Verticals Organization and broader client team.

Qualifications

Fluency in Microsoft Office products or Google productivity suites, specifically Sheets and Docs.
Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in spreadsheets.
Experience working in finance or with financial models.
Experience building budget trackers.
Background in technology is a plus.
SQL experience is a plus.
