Providence Saint John's Health Center is seeking a Mammo Tech for a travel assignment in Santa Monica, California. The position requires weekend availability and a minimum of one year of experience. The traveler will work a day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with every other Saturday rotation from 8:00 to 12:00. Required certifications include BLS, ARRT, CRT, and a state license. The assignment is for 13 weeks, starting ASAP.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Years of Experience: 1 year required
• Certifications: ARRT M, ARRT R, BLS, CRT (M), 3 CEUs Stereo
• Skills: 3-D Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms, Digital Mammography, Inpatient, Needle Localizations, Outpatient, Screening Mammograms, Stereotactic Biopsy, PACS, Hologic
• Documentation: 40 hours initial training, 25 supervised studies, 8 hrs training 2D/3D, 200 mammograms in the last 24 months, 15 CEUs in mammography in the last 36 months

Travel Compliance:

• SSN and DOB required
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)
• Can only sub to one Providence facility at a time
• Must disclose license/BG hits up front at time of submission
• LA fire card within the last 30 days required
• References Required: 2 References covering 1 year within the last 3 years
