• Pay Rate: $90.00–$95.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Night (3x12 Hours), 18:45–07:15; 36 hours per week; every other weekend and holiday

Job Summary

This is a Labor and Delivery travel/contract nursing position at a medical center in Worcester, MA. The nurse will be assigned to a maternity float pool and must have experience and be willing to float between L&D and Postpartum (PP), as these are true LDRP positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Float between Labor and Delivery (L&D) and Postpartum (PP) as assigned — these are true LDRP positions
• Work within a maternity float pool assignment, covering both L&D and PP as required
• Work every other weekend and holiday as part of the scheduled rotation

Required Skills

• Experience and willingness to float between L&D and Postpartum (PP)
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Intermediate level or above AWHONN fetal monitoring certification required
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification

Education Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) License — Massachusetts
• Intermediate or above AWHONN fetal monitoring certification required
• ACLS required
• BLS required
• NRP required

Required Experience

• 3 years of L&D/LDRP experience strongly preferred; minimum 2 years with travel nursing experience will be considered

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Role requires physical presence at the medical facility — fully onsite
• Night shift position (18:45–07:15), 3x12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday required
• 5 days or less of requested time off (RTO)
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)

Important Notes

• Traveler must be aware of 2 pass/fail exams at orientation: a medication exam and a telemetry exam. Both exams allow only 1 attempt. If the traveler does not pass, the contract will be cancelled immediately. Study materials will be provided between the compliance process and FDIs.
• Must be able to start June 10, 2026 or June 24, 2026. No other start dates will be considered at this time.
• Local candidates are accepted at the same bill rate.
