About Us
Zynnia Collective is a hypoallergenic fashion jewelry brand based in NYC — sold DTC, through Wolf & Badger, and on Nordstrom Marketplace. We're small, fast-growing, and looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand, not just clock hours.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day order fulfillment through Shopify — pick, pack, ship
- Run regular inventory counts, flag low-stock SKUs, and track packaging supply levels
- Occasionally help shoot or assist with social media content (product shots, reels, behind-the-scenes)
- Support general office needs as they come up
Who We're Looking For
- Someone with a genuine interest in fashion, jewelry, or the beauty/lifestyle space
- Comfortable being camera-facing or helping create content for Instagram (not mandatory daily, but a plus you'll use)
- Sharp, detail-oriented, and reliable — this role runs on trust and consistency
- Some college education preferred; strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Shopify experience a plus, but we'll train the right person
- Someone looking for more than a few months — we want this to grow into full-time
Physical Requirements
- Standing for extended periods during fulfillment
- Some pushing of boxes; no heavy lifting, no pallets
