Key Responsibilities For The Controller Manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, payroll, and banking activities. Lead month-end and year-end close processes, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support. Oversee tax compliance, filings, payments, and coordination with external tax advisors. Support budgeting, business planning, cost analysis, and strategic projects alongside company leadership. Collaborate with global teams on product costing, reporting, and operational initiatives. Qualifications For The Controller Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Previous Controller experience in a small or lean accounting environment, or a Senior Accountant ready to step into a Controller role. Ability to independently manage the full accounting cycle with minimal supervision.
