Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
• Current certification as a Behavior Specialist or active pursuit of board certification (BCBA/BCaBA) preferred
• Experience working with children or adolescents in school settings, particularly those with behavioral or emotional needs
• Strong understanding of behavioral intervention strategies and data collection methods
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to integrate strategies into the classroom settings
• Provide direct support and coaching to staff regarding behavior management techniques
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to ensure effective support
• Facilitate positive behavioral change and help foster a safe, productive school atmosphere
• Maintain detailed records in compliance with school and district policies
