Work Environment

This position is entirely onsite at our state-of-the-art Surgical Center located in Warner Robins, Georgia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and obtain detailed medical histories to facilitate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and utilize diagnostic testing to confirm patient health status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, which may include administering vaccinations and medications, as well as educating patients about preventive health practices and lifestyle adjustments.
• Expertly monitor and manage chronic medical conditions, coordinating referrals to specialists when necessary.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all patient interactions and encounters using the EPIC EMR system, contributing to efficient care delivery.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and stay informed on the latest medical advancements corresponding with industry best practices.
• Foster strong, compassionate relationships with patients and their families, ensuring a patient-centered approach at all times.
• Adhere to ethical and legal medical standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and respect at the forefront of your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree and graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program are required.
• Current Physician Assistant (PA) certification and an active state license are mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant in a family practice setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills as well as proficient critical thinking abilities, applicable when making quick and informed decisions in patient care.
• Active listening skills and a commitment to continuing professional education in the field.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing the EPIC EMR system to streamline patient encounters and documentation.
• A track record of successfully managing diverse patient populations, with a focus on preventive health care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 140,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
