Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care

• Provide exceptional care to neonates with various medical conditions
• Manage trach, vent, and cardiac monitors
• Administer intravenous medications, including drips such as Fentanyl and Propofol
• Collaborate with healthcare team, including CNAs and hospitalists
• Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC system

Requirements of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care

• Illinois Nursing License
• BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Minimum of 2 years NICU experience
• Proficiency in EPIC (Electronic Medical Records)
