Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Role and Responsibilities You are a people person and use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find what they need with a friends‑first mindset. You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making relevant suggestions. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. You are flexible and can work across the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom. You proactively solve problems to improve guests' experience while following company policy. You support the team and help complete tasks together. You act with integrity, adhering to AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications You love interacting with people. You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work during the times guests shop, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
