What Youll Do

• Provide safe, resident-centered nursing care under the Nurse Practice Act.

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care.

• Support residents throughout their stay, from admission to discharge.

• Serve as a positive clinical role model and resource for staff.

What Youll Bring

Required qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in Iowa, in good standing with no restrictions

• CPR certification, required within six months of hire

Preferred experience:

• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required. New Graduates Are Welcome.
