Marketing Manager

Robert Morris University is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for the UPMC Events Center. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive revenue, enhance brand awareness, and promote events such as sports, concerts, and conferences to the campus community and beyond. Highlights Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and budgets for various events at the UPMC Events Center. Create marketing campaigns tailored for artists and tours performing at the venue. Manage media buying and relationships with local media partners across multiple platforms including digital, radio, print, TV, and outdoor. Oversee social media management, including brand voice, fan engagement, and email marketing to boost ticket sales. Coordinate with RMU Athletics and the Box Office to cross‑promote events and ensure accuracy. Support Corporate Sales with group sales planning and database management. Required proficiency in social media tools, MS Office, and data processing applications. Minimum of 3‑5 years marketing or advertising experience; preferred background in arena or venue marketing. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
