Sales Executive

Join ADP as a Sales Executive ADP is hiring a Sales Executive. You will lead a team of field‑based Sales Representatives who sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients. What you’ll do Grow business while growing your team: close sales, win business, and reach sales goals through effective use of planned resources. Lead your team: provide direction, motivation, and support, ensuring all Sales Associates use the Salesforce Automation System and implement audit procedures for compliance. Recruit, hire, train, and coach sales associates, and help develop their careers. Represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public by spending time in the field, at trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars while staying current on ADP product technology. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Required Qualifications Successful track record of 2+ years in business‑to‑business sales and stellar presentation skills. Relationship builder who can connect, motivate people, and deliver performance feedback and coaching. Integrity and commitment to delivering on promises. Excellent time‑management, planning, and multitasking skills. Additional experience considered Two or more years of business‑to‑business sales or sales management with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory. Military experience is valued. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience leading teams. Benefits Base salary USD 87,900–174,900 per year, variable compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement savings, wellness programs, disability coverage, charitable contribution match, holidays, personal days, paid volunteer time off, and more. Compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirement. Bonus, equity, or commissions may also be offered.
