Responsibilities: Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of sales associates and licensed therapists Managing core operational functions including payroll, timekeeping, and daily financial processes Driving sales performance by monitoring metrics, setting goals, and executing strategic plans Overseeing team development, training, and performance management to build a strong, engaged staff Ensuring smooth front desk operations, scheduling efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment Tracking KPIs, managing inventory, and preparing reports to support business decisions Acting as a key liaison with upper management to communicate performance and opportunities Requirements: Leadership experience in retail, service, or a fast-paced business environment Strong operational mindset with experience or exposure to payroll, scheduling, and performance metrics A confident coach who can motivate teams and develop future leaders Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results Comfortable using systems, reports, and data to drive decisions A growth mindset and desire to advance within a performance-driven organization Compensation & Benefits: $40,000-45,000 starting pay (base + bonus + commission) Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Discounted massages and wellness services.
