Position Summary

Mural Group is partnering with a leading specialty metals manufacturer known for producing high-performance stainless and alloy products for critical industrial applications to hire a Maintenance Manager. This role will lead all maintenance and reliability efforts within a fast-paced manufacturing facility, with a focus on maximizing equipment uptime, improving preventative maintenance programs, and building a high-performing technician team. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and partnering closely with production to ensure consistent, high-quality output. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a plant environment and takes ownership of both people and equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all maintenance operations across production equipment, utilities, and facility systems
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures and recurring issues
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Manage and develop a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
• Track and analyze maintenance KPIs including uptime, MTBF, and MTTR
• Ensure proper inventory management of spare parts and critical components
• Maintain CMMS systems for work orders, asset tracking, and maintenance planning
• Support capital projects including installation, commissioning, and equipment upgrades
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
• Experience implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning systems
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-speed production environments (food & beverage, packaging, or CPG)
• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation systems
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
• Technical certification or degree in engineering, maintenance, or related field
