• 22-$30 per hour for Certified RBTs (rate is based upon experience)
• 20 per hour for Non-RBTs

Your Role in Transforming Lives As a member of our team, you’ll provide center, home, and school-based ABA therapy for children with Autism, applying principles of ABA to bring positive, lasting change. Every session is an opportunity to make a difference. Qualifications Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or completion of a 40-hour certification. GED/High School Diploma Reliable Vehicle & Medicaid Provider ID Experience with Children If not certified, we’ll guide you and provide the resources to get started.
