Marketing Coordinator

Job Description Saturn Lounge, a division of Kalmbach Media Co., is a full-service creative marketing agency seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This position supports ongoing client accounts across a number of industries. We are looking for an experienced marketing agency Marketing Coordinator with emphasis on digital experience. A marketing coordinator who loves to multi-task and enjoys a fast-paced environment - Someone who works well with peers, applies their experience in marketing to support the account team and keep client work moving. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES In this role you'll support the Account Team in daily deliverables, activities, budgets, and deadlines for digital, website, paid media, creative campaigns and individual client projects. Responsibilities include managing website development projects, paid media campaigns, social media, and other miscellaneous digital projects, testing, implementation. Other responsibilities include coordinating or participating in any phase of the project cycle, including client planning, design, development, documentation, and closure. Ensure project work is completed in a timely manner and managing workflow to meet project You will manage and/or support the development of project proposals/create project estimates, prepare meeting recaps, timelines, budgets, digital workflows, advertising, and media plans.
