We are expanding into Pennsylvania and are seeking a Licensing & Compliance Specialist to lead the regulatory and compliance efforts for our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) operations.
What You’ll Do:
Complete all licensing applications, renewals, and documentation required by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services
Ensure full compliance with HCBS regulations , policies, and procedures
Monitor and maintain documentation for staff training, clearances, insurances, and background checks in line with PA regulations
Serve as the main point of contact for state audits, licensing inspections, and compliance reviews
Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure operational readiness and regulatory alignment
Stay up-to-date on changing PA regulatory and licensing requirements and adjust internal processes accordingly
What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania HCBS and licensing requirements
Experience with DDD/ODP regulations a major plus
Detail-oriented and highly organized — able to manage documentation, deadlines, and regulatory processes
Strong communication and coordination skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Experience with startup licensing or multistate compliance is a big plus
