Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Woodworker / Cabinet Builder for a custom retail fixture and display manufacturing company in Fountain Inn, South Carolina! This role offers competitive starting pay of $18-$22 per hour as well as limited medical, dental and vision plans, and comprehensive benefits available through the employer at time of hire. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.

- Set up and operate woodworking machinery including table saws, power saws, and miter saws
- Build and assemble custom fixtures, displays, merchandisers, and other wood products
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions
- Utilize hand and power tools including drills, sanders, routers, and nail guns
- Install laminate and hardware on completed products
- Maintain quality standards while working independently and meeting production deadlines
- Keep work areas clean and organized while tracking labor and materials used on projects
- 3-5 years of woodworking, cabinet building, carpentry, or construction experience
- Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to use woodworking tools and equipment
- Ability to read a tape measure and work from blueprints or drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs as needed
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
