Data Analyst Lead

Leading a team of data analysts and engineers, the full-time Data Analyst Lead will oversee the design and maintenance of data pipelines, implement BI solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business performance improvements in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and data engineers while fostering a collaborative team environment Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring efficient data integration Analyze complex datasets to provide insights and propose data-driven solutions to address business challenges Required qualifications Five years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Proficiency with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, New Relic, and AWS Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards for KPI tracking Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
