Assistant Superintendent – Multifamily ConstructionLocation: Build More Than Apartments. Build Your Career.Stoa Group is hiring an Assistant Superintendent to join the field team building The Waters at Crosspointe, a 336-unit, ground-up multifamily community in Columbia, South Carolina.This isn't a general labor or assistant role. You'll own critical phases of construction, work alongside experienced field leaders, and develop the skills needed to become a Superintendent.As part of Stoa Group, you'll join one of the nation's Top Employers in Multifamily and a company recognized for putting people first.
