Opening this Winter, Mottai Miami is a modern Japanese restaurant in the heart of Coral Gables.

We are seeking experienced and professional Servers to join the front-of-house team of our upscale restaurant. This role requires poise, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You'll be responsible for delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience, working closely with the management and service team to ensure every detail reflects the quality and standards of our brand.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in an upscale or fine dining environment
• Ability to balance high-volume service with refined and attentive guest interaction
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in English
• Calm, solutions-oriented, and gracious under pressure
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic restaurant service technology
• Knowledge of wine and spirits is required; familiarity with Japanese cuisine and sake is preferred
• Formal hospitality training or certifications are a plus
• Working knowledge of Spanish or another language is a plus
