• Office Operations: Oversee daily administrative operations, including front-desk reception, mail distribution, and facility maintenance.
• Vendor & Supply Management: Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and office lease management. Order and restock office supplies.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and implement new procedures.
• Financial Administration: Monitor office expenses, manage budgets, and handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense reporting.
• Communication & Support: Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and health regulations.

• Experience: Proven experience as an office manager, front office manager, or administrative assistant.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
• Leadership: Strong ability to supervise, motivate, and direct staff.
